The weather may be warm, but at ScareLA any time is a good time for bone-chilling horror. They have been celebrating Halloween in the summer since 2013 and are back at it for 2018 with the area's first convention dedicated solely to the celebration of Halloween and horror. Scare LA will take place on August 25th and 26th at the LA Convention Center, kicking off the scare season while unveiling the hottest attractions and products in SoCal. Get ready to celebrate Halloween early with mini-haunts, over 200 curated scare vendors, live special effects & make-up demonstrations, pumpkin carving, Debi's Halloween 3D UV Light Maze, creepypasta, thousands of masks, costumes, and props - and that is just the beginning. Experience the Annabelle interactive photo opp, the Rocky Horror Sing Along and many more interactive haunted house, VR & AR experiences that will definitely test your nerve. This year, ScareLA is also premiering the first ever Halloween pop-up theme park and dark fan convention. This is the event that most horror geeks only dream of, don't miss out! Oh, and costumes are strongly encouraged.
