World of Illusions - Los Angeles

Way overpriced

The experience was just what I thought it would be. Clean, simple. Well set up. I would recommend it to anyone. It was a little pricey for some Greta paintings on a wall, but I would still recommend it highly.

It was loads of fun - especially for my daughter! Some of the experiences were better than others but all in all, a great idea!

it doesn’t worth the money

Comparing the entrance fee, I was expecting a larger and more detailed museum.

The museum was fun for kids and adults. I would have loved if your photo taking "spots" (where you should ideally stand to take the photos,) weren't in other photo areas. It is truly just due to lack of space but that is my only negative critique. We went on a weekday, I think it was Tuesday (20min wait to get in) and it wasn't packed, but there were still other folks there and sometimes you have to wait until someone clears the area first before you get to take your picture. If it was very busy I couldn't even imagine how that would work due to the lack of space. You may need lots of patience. We had fun taking lots of pictures and the upside down house was cool as well.

Worth the money

Buying tickets via this platform does save some money, but you still have to get in line as there is no timed entry available via this platform. If you buy the tickets directly, you have to pick a time slot to enter and then you can avoid the line. Museum itself is fabulous.

They museum was pretty cool. Long line but kinda worth the wait.I didn't trust buying tickets from this site but they were legit and an great deal. I will DEFINITELY be buying from this site again.

Very disappointing that the website doesn’t mention these tickets aren’t considered priority so you have to wait in a very line slow moving line to get in, in the hot sun.

Didn’t know it was just all paintings, especially for the price we paid. When taking photos, some looked real, most of them looked fake, even standing at the right icon areas. I thought there would be some interactive and computer generated screens. Or even mirrors done by reverse effects, but I guess I was expecting too much.

Overpriced. Space is limited. Had to stand in the hot sun for an hour before we were let inside.

Very good set up. Great for many photos. The waiting in line was too long though - we were the 2nd in line & yet it took 15 min. It seems they wanted to make it look good by having a line. Later there was a long line, glad we weren't in that line.

We were so disappointed with this museum. The web site made it look like we would see cool illusions but in person they aren't cool at all. The whole deal is taking pictures of these illusions and then having cool picture. We spent $140 for 4 of us and at best we were there for 30 minutes. I would say to people considering going there, don't waste your money.

They make you wait outside if you do not purchase tickets on their website. The staff was totally disorganized. They would walk thru the line and ask if you bought tickets on their web site if you did hey would pull you and put you at the front of the line. The museum is what it is...lots of people and not a lot of room be prepared to wait to take a picture..it does require 2 people to interact with the art.

While the experience itself inside the museum was neat, the personnel wasn't as trained about customers as I expected. One person saying one thing versus different information coming from another made for a wait time that was far longer than it should have been.

So much fun. Adults and 10 year old really enjoyed this. Great location on Hollywood Blvd.

Needs to be more organized

I wasn't expecting to wait outside in line. Once we got in it moved fairly smoothly (some locations were more bottlenecked than others). Tim was great at helping us stage the best photos. A couple photos (City of angeles blue writing and sloth were kind of pointless because walls/stairs that were adjacent or behind obstructed the view.

As much fun today with all of the new images as it was when we first visited there a few months ago. Go see it....the help there is excellent as well!

I was expecting something more interactive. One room of the boards would have been fine and maybe a second room of visually stimulating brain teasers or other exhibits.

The museum was great and my son had a lot of fun.

What a blast. We took so many pictures! I am sure we will be laughing about these photos for years. I can hardly wait until They change the illusions. I would go again!

Different experience and we enjoyed it.

I feel like there isn't much backgrounds to take pictures with. Not as much space to walk around/not block while taking pictures too. Restroom door(s) also show in one of the backdrops when you take a picture.

Fun and enjoyable loved it

Had a great time at the museum of illusions. Got a little crowded toward the afternoon. We spent about an hour and a half there. Once you are done taking pics that’s it. But it was a fun one time experience.

The kids 7 and 3 loved it!

A bit small and price is a bit high for what it is.

Seriously SO MUCH FUN! I took my 7 year old and 5 year old twins and we rented a Tripod for $5 which was 100% worth it! We laughed and had such a great time taking different photos at different angles and then even went back though again and used the Boomarang feature in IG for even more fun! An experience we will never forget and I’m getting the photos turned into a photobook asap! Fun for all ages, great place to go on a date or family outing, tourist spot, etc. Very clean and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!
