On each deal page you will see "share" icons for Facebook, Twitter and Email. When you are logged into your Rush49 account, your personalized referral link is tied to the share icons.

How do I know the businesses you feature are trustworthy and well-respected?
All businesses are carefully vetted and every deal we offer is carefully scrutinized to ensure that it will appeal to you, our Rush49 subscribers. We choose to work with only businesses that are highly rated on independent deal sites like Yelp, CitySearch, Trip Advisor. Plus, our editors do additional due diligence on the businesses and offers.
What is the Rush49 "Price Match" Guarantee?
We're always working hard at Rush49 to ensure that you get the very best prices on deals online. Our Price Match Protection guarantees that if, within seven (7) days of purchasing a deal from us, you happen to find a lower competitor/advertised price elsewhere online for an identical offer, we will gladly refund you the difference!
If, however, you find the same exact deal (with identical terms, conditions and limitations) on another site at a lower advertised price but still prefer to purchase from Rush49 (we appreciate your loyalty!) we will gladly match that lower price.
Lastly, our Price Match Protection also ensures that you get the best possible price that Rush49 offers. If, within seven (7) business days, you find your purchased deal offered for a lower price on Rush49.com itself, we will gladly refund you for the difference!
This price adjustment applies to all deals purchased within seven (7) business days but does not apply to site-wide discounts or promotions (e.g. Site-Wide Sales, Holiday sales, flash sales) or other internal Rush49 promotional offers and coupons. Rush49 does not adjust for it's own discounts and promotions and competitive offers must be cheaper at the regular price (excluding flash sales and site wide coupons) in order to be eligible for a price match.
To claim your Price Match, send an email to Rush49 Support (support@rush49.com) and include your contact information, the specific deal as well as the specific website (with corresponding URL) where you saw the deal advertised for less and we will gladly hold up our end of the bargain!
*Please note that, occasionally, we will not be able to match the price and refund the difference; in these limited instances, we will refund your purchase in its entirety and automatically void the corresponding voucher(s).

Is the checkout process safe?
Yes, extremely.
Your credit/debit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and the little 'padlock' icon on your browser confirms this.
At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
How does Rush49 safeguard the site?

Purchasing deals from Rush49
Do I have to register with Rush49 to purchase a deal?
No. You will have to enter your name and email address so that we can send you an email confirmation of your order,
but you do not have to create a Rush49 account in order to buy our deals.
We tie vouchers from all guest purchases to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
When you receive the confirmation of your purchase in your inbox, you will find inside the email a personalized link
that you can use to view and print vouchers for all deals you have purchased from us:

How do I buy from the website?
So, you found a deal you like and want to purchase?
Here's how to purchase that deal from our website (although we hope that you find our checkout to be self-explanatory):
First...
Click on the beige Buy Now button.
Step 1: Account Details
If you are not currently logged in to Rush49 as a registered member, you will be taken to Step 1 of the three step purchase process, where you can log in (existing members), sign up (new members), or just skip to Step 2 (guests). If you are already logged in, this step will be bypassed.
If you choose to purchase as a guest, Rush49 will ask you for your name and email address, which we need to be able to send you your deal confirmation email. You will have to fill that out before moving to Step 2.
Step 2: Order Details
Now that we know who you are, Step 2 is where you let us know how many vouchers you want to purchase for this deal, whether you are purchasing this deal as a gift, and it is also where you would enter any promotional or coupon codes you may have for this deal.
Step 3: Payment
As indicated, this is where you let us know how you will be paying for this deal. If you have built up any Rush49 Credit from referrals, or if you have accrued enough Rush49 Reward Points to pay for part of all of the deal (earned by sharing our deals as described in the Reward & Referral Program> FAQ topic), the total due will reflect those credits, which could make the amount due less than the cost of the deal.
Note: We accept all major credit cards for purchases, and additionally we accept payment via PayPal.
Once your purchase is Complete
We will send you confirmation of your purchase via email. Our email delivery statistics are very good, but it is a good idea to add support@rush49.com to your address book (or safe sender list) so our emails don't find themselves being sent to your spam or junk mail folders.

For Registered Rush49 members: You will always be able to access your purchased vouchers at any time by logging into the Rush49
website or mobile app (for registered members), then clicking on the My Account link located in the site footer.
For guest purchasers: You can view your vouchers at the Rush49 site via the special link provided in the
confirmation email.
Does Rush49 require a minimum number of purchasers for the deal to be on?
No. We won't tease you and let you down later! If you see a deal at Rush49, you can be sure that you are able to purchase it. Please note that most deals are available in limited quantities, so grab a deal as soon as you see one that you love.
Also note that any deal on Rush49 can be given as a gift, we can even send an email to the recipient on your behalf.
Can deals be combined with special offers?
No, but believe us, deals you find at Rush49 will be the best deal available in your area.
Gifts
Can I purchase Rush49 deals as gifts?
Absolutely. When you purchase deals at Rush49, you can specify whether the purchase is for you or for someone else, making it easy to buy our deals as gifts for friends and family.
To make gift giving even more personal, if you enter the email address of the gift recipient, Rush49 will send an email notification of your gift to their email address, along with their vouchers codes and an optional message which you can enter.
How do I purchase a deal as a gift?
First, find the deal you wish to gift and click on the BUY NOW button on the deal page.
When the order page appears, select the number of vouchers you wish to purchase as a gift from the drop-down menu:
Once you have selected the number of gift vouchers the following box will appear, where you can enter all the specifics about the recipient.
Note: If you are purchasing the deal as a
Rush49 Guest, this box will not be shown immediately but will appear during the Payment step of your purchase):
Enter the recipient's information in the boxes provided and click on the Save button when you are finished.
Once you have completed payment for your purchase, please note that you can immediately view all vouchers you have purchased (gifts as well as personal purchases) by clicking on the Voucher Codes & Instructions button on the Order Complete page:

How do I view my gift purchases?
All vouchers you have purchased at Rush49, whether bought for yourself or as a gift, can be viewed at your account page which can be accessed by clicking on the My Account link located in the footer at the bottom of the Rush49 screen:

If you prefer not to register as a member, you can still view all vouchers you have purchased by clicking on the personalized link that is located in the confirmation email that we send to you after your purchase:

Payment and Confirmation
When will my credit card be charged?
Within 1 business day of completing your purchase your credit card will be charged.
Is my credit card information secure?
Sure! Rush49 uses a fully encrypted (SSL) connection.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Rush49 accepts all major US credit cards and PayPal.
I purchased a deal but have not receive a confirmation email
Please look out for a confirmation email from support@rush49.com in your spam or junk email folders.
Also, note that after purchasing a deal from us, you can log in to the site or mobile app and look in the My Account section, where you can view your purchased vouchers and the instructions to redeem them.

Explanation of Payment Processing Errors
If there is a problem processing your purchase, Rush49 displays a warning box along with a short explanation of the problem that occurred. The following is a list of the most common errors along with possible actions you can take to correct or resolve the problem.
The credit card number is invalid.
The credit card expiration date is invalid.
The credit card has expired.
For these errors, first check the card number and expiration date entered on the payment screen to ensure they are all accurate and contain no typos. If you find an error, fix it and then attempt to complete your order by clicking on the Complete Order button.
Of course, if the card information is correct but the card is expired, you will have to use a different credit card to make your purchase.
The Card Code (CVV2/CVC2/CID) is invalid.
For security reasons, in addition to the credit card number and expiration date, Rush49 requires purchasers to enter the CVV2 number, a 3 digit (Visa, M/C & Discover) or 4 digit (Amex) number printed on the credit card.
The following image shows where you can find the CVV2 number on your credit card:
Remember, for Visa, MasterCard and Discover, the 3 digit number is on the back of the card, and for American Express, the 4 digit number is on the front of the card.
The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch.
The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
For your protection, Rush49 requires you to enter the street address and ZIP code tied to your credit card.
If they do not match the billing address maintained by the credit card company, the purchase will not go through.
If you get this error, first check to make sure that the address and ZIP code entered at Rush49 is correct. Remember, it is the billing address, which may or may not be the same as your home address.
Note for credit cards with non-US billing addresses: If the billing address for your credit card is outside of the United States, that will frequently cause an address error. If you have verified that your non-US address has been properly entered and Rush49 will not process the purchase, you will have to use PayPal to complete your purchase. PayPal's versatile payment system is very often able to approve and complete purchases not allowed by our credit card processor.
This transaction has been declined.
There are several reasons why a purchase might be declined even if you have more than enough credit left on your credit card to make the purchase.
If you have reached your credit limit...
You will need to use a different credit card to make your purchase.
If you have credit for the purchase but the transaction was still declined...
It may be that the purchase is for a large amount but your bank does not have any purchase history with Rush49, and that may cause them to decline the purchase or put the purchase on hold.
If you think this may be the case, you may need to call your bank (using the phone number on your credit card) and inquire as to whether this is the case. There may be other reasons for a bank to decline a transaction, be sure to call them and ask for an explanation if you know you have enough credit for the purchase.
Explanation of Non-Payment Errors
In addition to errors processing a payment at Rush49, there are a number of other reasons why Rush49 might be unable to complete your purchase.
The following is a list of the most common non-payment-related errors and what they mean:
Unfortunately this deal is not yet live, so confirmation of your order might be delayed for 24 hours. Please contact support@rush49.com for additional help. Allow up to one business day for a reply.
At Rush49, our deals are offered starting at a specific date and time and ending at a specific date and time, and deals can only be purchase when they are active in our system.
On occasion, it is possible for a deal to be promoted prior to it being offered, so if you receive this error message when trying to complete a purchase, you should check the deal to see when it will officially be offered for sale.
Keep in mind that this error will only be returned if the deal is already scheduled to be offered at the site, so we recommend you check back and complete your purchase once the deal goes live.
Unfortunately this deal has expired. We will attempt to complete your transaction within 24 hours. Please contact support@rush49.com for additional help. Allow up to one business day for a reply.
As mentioned above, deals at Rush49 are offered for limited amounts of time. Once the time is up, the deal cannot be purchased unless we offer that same deal at a future date.
Note: We always do our best to allow our members to purchase deals that they want, and for some deals, especially non-event deals (services, experiences), we can often contact the merchant in question and have them approve the sale. If you want it, and want it bad, call our toll free number and we will see what we can do to get you the deal you want to purchase.
Keep in mind: Our merchant partners often run the same deals from time to time, so if a particular deal is expired when you attempt to purchase it, keep in mind that the same deal may be offered at a later date. If you want to be notified, via email, when the deal is once again being offered, be sure to set a reminder using the reminder icon that you will see on the deal page:
Unfortunately, the maximum allowed vouchers have already been purchased for this deal. We are working on resolving this problem asap. Please call (877) 827 5017.
Many of the deals at Rush49 have limits on the number of vouchers being sold, so if you get this error message when trying to purchase a deal, that means there are currently no more vouchers left to sell.
Be sure to check back later: When our deals sell out, we normally contact our merchant partners to see if they want to increase the number they are willing to sell. As a result, we recommend you check back later (or the next day) to see if more vouchers have been added to the deal.
Get on the Wait List: The easy and smart alternative when a deal is sold out is to add yourself to the Wait List by clicking on the Waitlist Icon:
When more vouchers are made available, we will send out email notifications to folks on the Wait List (in the order they signed up) letting them know the deal is once again available. In addition, even if more vouchers are not added, anyone on the Wait List will be notified down the line if we offer that deal at a later date.
Unfortunately there are not enough vouchers available to complete this order. Please contact support@rush49.com for additional help. Allow up to one business day for a reply.
If you are attempting to purchase more vouchers than we have left to sell, Rush49 will give you this message. It does not mean there are zero left to purchase, but it does mean that there are not as many available as you want.
Remember, before you purchase a deal you need to select the quantity that you want to buy, as shown in the following image:
If you get this error, either reduce the quantity and try again, or call us at our toll free number and we will see what we can do to fill your order or add more vouchers.
My purchase was declined, so why did a charge show on my Credit Card account?
To safeguard purchases made on our site, we require customers to enter their name, address and the card CVN (Card Verification Number) or security code. If any information associated with the credit card account is a mismatch, the payment will be declined. In other words, the address (and other info) entered must match the address associated with the credit card account or the payment will be declined.
As a matter of procedure, credit card issuers often place a temporary hold on funds during a transaction. This hold will be visible on the credit card statement. However, if the charge is declined, the hold will be cleared within one business day.
When a purchase is declined, Rush49 will notify the customer of the reason. If the transaction was declined for other than insufficient funds, the customer is encouraged to correct the errors and try again.
If, however, the transaction is still declined, Rush49 recommends either trying Paypal or please contact support@rush49.com for additional help. Allow up to one business day for a reply. We will be happy to assist you.
Accessing your Rush49 Vouchers
If you are a Registered Rush49 Member...
If you have previously set a password for your Rush49 account, you are officially a Rush49 member.
As a Rush49 member, you can view your entire purchase history by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Rush49.com in your browser and click on the Sign In link at the top-right corner of the page:
Step 2: Enter your email address and password to log in to Rush49, then click on the blue Log In button.
Note: If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password link in the sign-in box and we will email you a link to reset your password. In addition, if you registered with Rush49 using FaceBook, click on the Log In With Facebook button to sign in.
Step 3: If you have been successfully logged in, you will see your first name shown at the top-right corner of the page:
Step 4: To bring up your account (and voucher list), click your mouse on your name, which is located in the header just to the right of the word 'Welcome':
Alternatively: You will find a My Account link in the site footer whether or not you are logged in. You can use that link
to access your account in the same manner as clicking on your name in the site header.
Step 5: Whichever link you use, your Rush49 account screen will be displayed, listing all vouchers you have purchased from Rush49:
Note that on the account page, there are a number of clickable tabs on the left side of the page that allow you to view your Unused Vouchers,
Used (redeemed) vouchers, Gift Vouchers you have purchased for others, as well as Gift Vouchers purchased for you
by other members.
Be sure the highlighted tab is the one you wish to view. If not, click your mouse on the desired tab to
switch to that voucher list.
If you purchased a deal as a Guest...
If you purchased a Rush49 deal as a Guest, you will not be able to log in to Rush49
to view your vouchers. Instead, a special link will be sent to you
in the confirmation email you will receive soon after your purchase which will allow you to view all vouchers
purchased using your email address.
The following example shows how that link will appear within a Rush49 purchase confirmation email:

If you signed up at Rush49 via Facebook, logging in to your Rush49 account must be accomplished using the blue Log In Using Facebook button located in the Sign In box:

Redeeming Your Voucher
What happens after I buy? (or) When will I receive my voucher?
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email receipt confirming that your purchase has been processed. That email will contain redemption instructions and voucher code(s).
In addition, Rush49 allows customers to access their purchased vouchers any time by logging into our Rush49 web site.
Please note that some exceptions apply, so please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email.
What happens when a voucher I have purchased on Rush49 reaches its expiration date?
Once the expiration date is reached only the promotional value expires but the paid value is valid for at least 5 years.
But, we encourage merchants to honor the full promotional value out of good will.
Some exceptions apply on event-related deals and special deals and those restrictions are clearly stated on the deal.
If you have already placed your order and would like to know the restrictions on the deal then refer to the confirmation email sent to you.
Is there an expiration date for the deals?
Depending on the deal, some will just be valid on or until a certain date and time, but we will make sure to clearly highlight that information to you before you buy.
I bought a deal - how can I use it?
For online deals that need to be redeemed on our merchants' site, please refer to the instructions in the confirmation email along with the Rush49 voucher code(s).
For all other deals, login to Rush49 My Account section and print out the desired voucher(s).

What's the amount of sales and use tax, which will be charged when my voucher is redeemed?
It is the duty of every merchant to collect and remit tax accordingly to the applicable local laws. The promotional value of Rush49 vouchers may not be used towards paying applicable taxes.
If I don't spend the full amount of the voucher, can I use the remainder later?
You will not be able to receive store credit or cash back for any remainder value of the voucher. However, some exceptions apply. One example is the use of a Rush49 voucher for multiple health related treatments/sessions which may not be used all at once. The restrictions/redeem instructions on the deal usually clarify this point. If you are still having doubts, please contact us here.
How do I know which vouchers I have used?
Rush49 will show you your remaining vouchers as well as the already used ones. When you are logged into our Rush49 site/apps refer to the My Account section which has your vouchers organized into Unused, Used, Gifts Purchased and Gifts Received.
Refunds and Returns
The Refund & Return language from the Rush49 User Agreement
The text here is excerpted from the Rush49 User Agreement, and you should refer to that agreement for the definitions of various terms (i.e. "vouchers", "purchase value" and "account", among others):
This Rush49 Refund Policy is effective for all deals and RushPasses (including events and activities**) purchased on 11/01/2011 and thereafter.
If any charge for any ticket is charged back by the customer there will be a $35 charge back fee along with a 50% collection fee if assigned for collection.
Lastly, please note that Rush49 reserves the right to uphold its expressed all-sales-are-final/no-refunds policy with only the following conditional exceptions:
COVID Guarantee:
If the experience you have purchased is not available, due to cancellation or closures related to COVID restrictions, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange up to one year from your purchase date.
Merchant/Event Organizer Cancellation:
If we receive word that a participating merchant/event organizer cancels the experience/reservation/activity you paid for, Rush49 will gladly issue you a refund.
Merchant/Event Organizer Rescheduling:
Likewise, if we are notified that a participating merchant/event organizer has to reschedule the experience/reservation/activity you paid for, you will have the option to either attend the rescheduled date or Rush49 will gladly issue you a refund.
Gift Vouchers:
If you purchase a Rush49 Gift Voucher and the recipient does not use/redeem the voucher, contact us within 90 days of purchase, and we will gladly offer you a Rush49 account credit for the full purchase price you paid. Please send us an email to support@rush49.com with your request.
24-Hour Unintentional Purchase/Buyer's Remorse:
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
As the coronavirus situation evolves, the safety of our customers is paramount. We're working hard to do everything we can to be prepared and address your concerns.
Due to increasing event postponements and cancellations amid COVID-19, please allow 7-10 business days to process order related inquiries. For customers opting to take a website credit over a refund for a cancelled event due to COVID-19, we will credit the amount paid plus an additional 20% to your Rush49 account. This credit does not expire and can be used toward most deal on our site. Please send us an email at support@rush49.com to begin processing of your request.
Unless stated otherwise in the deal, if, for whatever reason, within 24 hours, you purchased Vouchers/RushPasses for an activity or event that has not yet transpired and that you would like to request a refund for, please send us an email at support@rush49.com with your request and we will issue you a refund (less any service or processing fees where applicable) if your total purchase amount for that transaction is less than $500.00. [*please note that under no circumstances will Rush49 issue refunds for events that have successfully concluded, irrespective of time or date of purchase.]
Other Merchant Non-Compliance:
If you are unable to redeem a voucher prior to its expiration date due to a refusal of the Merchant to honor it when you have followed the terms of the deal, a lack of the product or service offered, or their inability, for any reason, to deliver the Product or Service you purchased, you have the option to request a refund in the full amount of the Purchase Value. If requested within sixty (60) days from the time of purchase, the refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If requested after sixty (60) days, the purchase amount will be credited as Rush49 Account Credit applied to your Rush49 Account and may be used towards the purchase of any of the deals on our site.
A Note on Service & Convenience Fees:
On *select* deals and events, Rush49 charges a non-refundable service and convenience fee to offset our considerable out-of-pocket costs associated with bringing these unique and special events & experiences to our marketplace. Sometimes these fees offset "pay-to-play" costs associated with paying the organizer or merchant to retail the deal on Rush49.com; sometimes they offset permitting or licensing fees related to the event or activity; sometimes they offset additional deal production costs. In many instances, those deals that do have built-in processing fees would never be able to make it to (Rush49's) market if those fees were not charged. In any case, although you purchase itself may warrant a refund, these convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds may take up to five to ten (10) business days to process. When requesting a refund, please email your request--along with your name, voucher number and reason for the refund--to ,refunds@rush49.com. Please remember to allow up to five (5) business days to process your request and up to seven (7) business days for the transaction to be reflected on your payment provider's (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) statements due to the inherent delay associated with online banking prototcols.

How do I convert my Guest account to a registered Rush49 Member account?
At Rush49, all accounts and purchased vouchers are tied to email addresses, and only email addresses that have user-entered passwords
can be used to log in to the site (for your protection).
If you purchased one or more vouchers as a Guest
and would like to be able to log in to Rush49 to view and/or print your vouchers, follow these steps to add a password to
your account:
Step 1: Click here to go directly to the Rush49 Reset Password screen.
Step 2: When the Reset Password box appears, enter your email address and click on the Reset button.
Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from Rush49 that contains a special Reset Password link, which will bring up a screen in your browser where you can enter a password for your account.
Once you have set your Rush49 password, you will be able to use your email address and password to log in to Rush49.com at any time to view all vouchers you have purchased from us.

Please reset your password here and within minutes you will receive an e-mail with instructions to set a new password.
Can I combine two accounts with different email addresses?
