It was a ton of fun.. they did, however, cancel the event before we were even half way through. Also, there isn't enough information available on the website to sufficiently prepare one for the conditions. I did less than half of the 5K, lost my shoes early on bc they would not stay on (information regarding this dilemma would've been extremely helpful) and arrived home with several deep splinters in the bottoms of my feet along with cuts and bruises and had to work the next day and following week. I'm pretty tough and I survived, but I honestly wasn't expecting to be barefoot throughout the whole thing.

The heavy rains really hampered this race. The course was difficult and unpleasant in an un-fun way. The rains also made a lot of obstacles much more difficult due to slippage.

They canceled the event for the weekend and Sunday was BEAUTIFUL DAY!

Buying the tickets through Rush 49 was easy and saved me money, however, the Tough Mudder canceled the event due to too much mud and emergency vehicles not having proper access.
