The RunRock is 5k of health and wellness, lined with music and supporting local arts and charities. With 3 or 4 music stations along the route, (each conveying a different mood,) you'll feel like you're running through different worlds. This run is not a race nor a timed event - it's family friendly and you can even run as a team, so bring some loved ones and make it an experience! At the end of the race there'll be more music and partying - and all the proceeds go to a good cause, so your smiles will spread even wider into the community!
