This year, wander about a world inspired by Chinese myths and legends, including a larger-than-life handmade lantern display of Sun Wukong, the Monkey King. In addition, lantern displays will include:

• handmade lanterns over 30 feet tall
• an animal kingdom
• sea world
• illuminated tunnels
• illuminated swings (rideable)
• concessions & food vendors.

Be prepared to indulge yourself, friends, and family, for photo ops!

The annual Winter Lantern Festival is back for a FOURTH year to transform SIUH Community Park (new venue) into an immersive world of light! This is one of four events Winter Lantern Festival will be hosting in New York. Running through 1/08/2023, Journey To The East with friends and family to explore the wonders of over 1000 Chinese lanterns; all handmade by artisans. Their lanterns and light displays will light the night and bring warmth this holiday season!
