The BOD and the  Express races are not the same! Please review the course maps for the differences. In Brief, Shortly after the start of the Run from the bike transition the BOD run course splits off to the right into the parking lot and the Express continues going straight, then making a left that goes over a short bridge. For the Expressrace be alert to the left turn at the water station approximately 3/4 of a mile. At the left turn, (which is E Shore Dr.) the course heads North continuing on the service road to the turnaround point and then back tracks. For theBOD runners follow your course markings going clock wise around the lake. Once you have reached and passed through the West End of the RV Park & shortly after passing through the RV gate the BOD race connects up with the Express runners at their turn around point on the service road, then both races continue on the same path crossing E Shore Drive. Both races then go LEFT onto the service road again at the water station (follow the arrows) (please do not cut the corner).  Don't worry there will be volunteers and race markers to guide you. I promise this will all make sense when you get there.  The run then proceeds around Picnic Valley and on to the Finish line. Yeah!

There will be water stations as well as restrooms along the way.
