• Recommended for ages 12+
• The gear weights about 14 pounds all together, the height of certain objects is also not appropriate and can sometimes be unreachable, the difficulty/coordination required can make the experience challenging

• All participants will be required to go through a temperature check, use the hand sanitizer station at arrival and wear a mask throughout the experience
• Up to two team members will be present on the premises at all times. They will always wear face masks and will disinfect their hands before helping customers to set themselves up
• What to wear: Flat shoes suitable for walking and appropriate clothing for physical activities including crouching
• If you wear glasses, narrow glasses will be best for the helmet
• Make sure you can wear a backpack (computer)
• If you are very easily prone to motion sickness we would recommend to look into counteracting medication to optimize your experience
• The experience is up to 40min, the merchant reserves the right shorten your experience depending on your arrival time in order to keep all customers satisfied
