Think you can outrun a flesh-hungry zombie? Prove it! The 5K Zombie Run is looming and it's up to you to outrun and outwit the walking dead. You'll face your nightmares as you run from ravenous zombies through woods and hell on earth as the mumbling, bumbling zombies attempt to take your life (which is represented by three flags). Think you've got what it takes to become a zombie? Register to become part of the Zombie Horde where a professional makeup team will transform you into the walking dead, complete with a visit to the Blood Splatter Zone. After the adrenaline-pumping excitement of the 5K, the party begins, with a post-race apocalypse party with music and food that gives you multiple free beer tickets and takes place at local pubs.

Monster Runs presents The 5K Zombie Run, a high-energy trail run that's filled with obstacles--but not the obstacles you'd typically expect from a 5K. The flesh-hungry zombies are the obstacles of this 5K and it's up to you survive (until the finish line, that is!). Runners embark on a hair-raising apocalyptic adventure where they'll face their fears as they run from the undead through woods and other obstacles with ravenous zombies ready for those that fall behind. Register as a runner to conquer the walking dead or take your turn as a zombie and join the zombie horde to polish your human-hunting skills!
