The Urban Art Bar is the brainchild of Heather Carbone, who saw an opportunity to share her love of the arts with the urban community of South Boston. A musician and aficionado of art in all its many splendid forms, Heather believes that the arts are for everyone. At The Urban Art Bar anybody can be a painter. No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and the spirit of creativity! With a fully stocked bar of beer and wine, refreshments, and catering available upon request, The Urban Art Bar is a great place to come alone or with friends. Large groups, parties, and corporate events are welcomed and encouraged! All students will be provided with acrylic paints, brushes, a smock, and a canvas to create a beautiful painting you'll be proud to take home. So kick back, sip something delicious, mingle with friends new and old, and create something wonderful!
