The muddier the runner, the heavier the clothes, which is why this race encourages a minimal uniform -- your swimsuit. Test your agility, stamina, balance, and overall physical fitness with a gritty 5k through the rugged terrain of the midwest. With over 30 challenging obstacles and an after party to rival a Hawaiian luau, the Swimsuit Dash is the perfect way to get in shape and have fun doing it. Did we mention there will be swimsuits involved?

The Dirt Runner Swimsuit Dash utilizes the varying terrain of the beautiful midwest landscape to test agility, strength, coordination, and stamina. Participants can expect to push their physical limits by facing the challenge of 30+ gritty obstacles, including a ninja warrior/wipeout style course, a Samson Ladder, slacklines, and more. Runners needn't fear the cumbersome presence of heavy, mud-coated clothing, as swimsuits are the preferred uniform of this 5k. Pre-race preparation comes in the form of a free ticket to the Dirt Runner training, a day to run the course and obstacles before the official race. Post-race rewards come in the form of a free beer, live entertainment and a pig roast.
