It was an amateur setup. A terrible venue where you were standing in dirt and the heat beating down on you. Finding information about what you could and what you could not bring into the venue was not easy to ascertain. It was completely imbecilic to have a tent where you collect tickets for drinks and a separate line to get the drinks! What a completely absurd notion. Overall, I absolutely 100% would not ever go to another concert through your ticketing service or venue based on how poorly this was executed.
