Spartan Sprint & Super race obstacles are designed to test your mental and physical strength, determination and endurance. When your lungs are burning, your body spent, your skin scraped with gravel and punctured by barbed wire, you're caked in dirt, sweat and blood - this is the point that you realize you are having the time of your life. The race is a test of physical strength and endurance but the real beast is the fear in your head. Once you overcome that monster, you realize there really isn't any beast, in a race or in life that you can't beat, and at that point - you are a Spartan!

I'm 53 years young. I've traveled the world in style and I've traveled the world as a Military Soldier/Aviator. I've been in amazing shape and I've been in terrible shape. A friend of mine convinced me that I could do a Spartan Race. I was in the process of losing weight through diet and exercise and had lost 32 pounds. I went from 232 to 200 pounds at 6'0". I enrolled in the Spartan (Sprint) and I LOVED everything about it. I am HOOKED!!!!! Make the commitment, do the work to get in shape, learn and practice the obstacles. Make it happen!

Spartan Race is one of the most fun and challenging things you can do. I would recommend that everyone do at least one to see what they're made of. Their aim is to get people off the couch and active in nature and they make it challenging yet doable for all ages and fitness levels. It's a great tem activity to do with a group of friends and still enjoyable to do by yourself.
