Can I use this site to purchase tickets for the same day I'm going to the Space Center?
Yes, you can use your Rush49 voucher same day as long as you have your Rush49 voucher available by print out or on a mobile device.
How does this voucher work? Like if i purchase this online way in advance will it work there?
After purchasing your voucher on our site, please present your Rush49 voucher on a mobile device or print out on the day of your visit. Vouchers for Space Center Houston expire 6 months after the purchase date.
Do you have Senior ticket prices or veteran discount?
Our prices are competitively priced and already discounted. Unfortunately we cannot discount our prices any further.
How do I prove purchase of tickets?
All you have to do is to present your Rush49 voucher on a mobile device or print out on the day of your visit as proof of purchase.
I have not received my voucher code via email? Is there a problem?
You should receive the voucher right after purchase. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder as well. You can also log into your Rush49 account to access your vouchers.

The price of $24.95 is the same for either child or adult. We do not have a separate ticket type for children. Children ages 3 & younger are free.
I want to see the regular exhibits and the Galaxy Lights ones. I assume I have to purchase separate tickets to do both but will I have to leave and come back in or can I just stay inside?

Do we purchase separate tickets for space station and light shoe or we can watch the light show if we are already there for the space station visit ? Thanks
Right now we only offer the space station ticket. Light show tickets are not available yet.

How long does it take to do all the tour?
It's not a guided tour so you can take as much time as you want.

How can I reserve my time slot at the museum without buying tickets through them?
After purchasing your Rush49 voucher it is necessary to reserve your timed entry directly with Space Center Houston, by either downloading their app or visiting their reservation page. Please see Redemption Instructions on the deal page for more information.
Are pets allowed? Any sizes?
Only service animals are allowed.
Does the team run when it's raining?
In case of inclement weather, we announce closures on our homepage as soon as we have full details. The NASA Tram Tour is an open-air tour and could be impacted by weather. Tram Tours may be suspended during dangerous weather.
Potential flooding issues will depend on when you're visiting and where you’re traveling from.
Are there discounts for Veterans.
Our deal is already discounted and we have the best deal out there so we do not offer extra discounts for Veterans.
Do you have motorized scooters for disabled visitors?
We do not but we do have wheelchairs. Please check in at guest services when you arrive.
Any discount for senior citizen over 62year old?

You can buy it the day before, but it is always recommended to buy earlier.
are tickets refundable?
No, tickets for Space Center Houston are non-refundable as we have already paid the merchant in advance.

The ticket we sell is for either an adult or child. The price is the same for both. We do not have a separate ticket type for children. Children ages 3 & younger are free.
