Had visitors from out of state. 1st time here and they absolutely loved the entire tour and all of the wonderful interactive exhibits.

I was worried they wouldn’t take it bc of their no refund verbiage everywhere, but it worked just like any other ticket scan. No hiccups at all. Really great experience, would highly recommend to save $10 admission of the space center.

Nice and easy

We visited the Space Center in the past and they had much more to show, including the training facilities. These days, you shot down half of it, but still are charging the whole price. Not a good practice to attract people.

It's a great place to take your grandchildren to and Pop too. We all had a great time. Will definitely be going back after COVID-19 passes.

Had some issue where the email was sent, but resent to my iPad and everything went well and tickets allowed us to see the Space Center!

Its a nice/unique experience, you get to know more about the previous and future space missions and see things live. You get to touch the moon. People are friendly. Food is expensive though!!

The visit to Space Center Houston was amazing to my granddaughter and me! It has been two weeks now and she is still talking about it. I plan on taking other family member kids.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed the holliday lights event held at the Houston Space Center. Purchasing our tickets was quick and easy and the prices were more than reasonable.

ordered ticket day before going to venue. Voucher with ticket did not arrive by 10AM the next day, when I was in line to enter the venue. Repeated calls to Rush49 are not answered. This business procedures and responsiveness to customers is unbecoming of a business.

Everything from purchasing, receiving and use was super easy! We saved about $20+ total on the tickets! I’d recommend this service to others.

It's an exciting place. We stayed there for five hours. There are free experiences everywhere.

My colleague and I toured the USA in December 2019 and January 2020. The tour of NASA was awe-inspiring and highly educational- a must see for any person visiting the United States.

We purchased our tickets 5 mins before entered Nasa Space Center. Save money easily! Definitely recommended!!!

We did not enjoy our visit....we spent most of our time at the center waiting in line for the trams. We went on a weekday but it was overcrowded.

We were there for 3 1/2 hours of which we spent 3 hours standing in line for the tram back and forth to Rocket Park. Absolutely no control over the line, people cutting, etc. Pure chaos. Ruined my day and everyone who was with us. Wont be back anytime soon if ever. I would give it 0 stars if able.

Great time at Space Center for less$

Horrible customer service. Horrible lines. Was in line for 5 hours with no water or food. The system went down and They couldn’t find the picture they took with my family. By the time I was back the store was closed so I couldn’t even see the store. Horrible experience.

It was about $20-30 per person and it was a mad house. If we would have bought the tickets at the door, we would have paid more BUT we would have been able to get our money back. Once we got inside, the line for the tram was 90 minutes and snaked around the floor. all of the simulators cost even more money to ride, and again...long lines. Not an enjoyable experience.

Good everything

Arrived at 12 pm and did not enjoy a single bit because of the people traffic. My family and I spent the ENTIRE day doing lines in order to reach a 10 minute hallway-tour around the mission control. BETTER LOGISTICS ARE VERY MUCH NEEDED. This is NASA, for people’s sake. What a shame.

We were very disappointed as the crowds were so bad we could not do anything you had to wait online for - no tram to missing control, no shuttle, no space station, etc . The desk said the waits are over 2 hours at each thing and then it will be closing. I paid $156 for tickets and we only got to see what was on the floor. I would have rather they told us they were full to capacity and go another day than disappoint our family of 7 and not be able to see anything.

Many of the interactive experiences were broken. The tram only took you to one exhibit.

Tram tour is poorly organised they have to change the route like below Space Center to Rocket parking to Orion Center to Astronut training to Space Center They have very clumsy route which takes more time and no rest rooms had difficult time for 4 hours to end this tour Food price is very high

I was in a line for three hours to see a super boring tour. Wasted my time there.

Space Center Houston/JSC was a horrible customer experience. They were not able to handle the crowds so I spent most of my day standing in line to take the tram and then being shuttled to Rocket Park only to wait in more lines. I want to believe that Space Center is cool but the customer experience is so bad that it is lost. I drove 950 miles for a lousy experience. I will not return and I do not recommend others to attend. Watch Apollo 13 and focus on Gene Kranz and you will save $ and avoid this terrible customer experience.

Rush49 has a very bad ticket refunding policy. Have to be careful when buying tickets. We have a bad experience with buying tickets from Rush49. We lost our money.

Interesting museum and tour

Great place to go during Christmas time

Expecting a lot more from NASA, one of the biggest turistic attractions in Texas, the place was very, very dirty. Nothing impressive, very small, most of the shows were off on Sunday, not sure why. By 5 PM they have security yelling everyone to get out, very rude, not a place I will come back or recommend to anyone. They need new management and training on the customer service. Renovation is a must if they want to stay in business for long.

Very unique and Interesting experience. They should close later as there are so many things to see, listen to and do that the opening time is not enough.

Must come here when you travel to Houston. It's around 30-40 mins from Houston city center. Take at least 4 hours if you are interesting in astronaut, space, rocket....etc. Got discount tickets from rush49, great deal.

Our family enjoyed spending the day and taking the tram to all the different buildings. So glad we made a reservation to tour the Historic Mission Control Landmark. Another must is the Independence Plaza and enter the space shuttle replica.

It wasn’t all that cracked up to be to be honest! Felt a bit boring, more like a museum. I think a space center could have the potential to be a really exciting exhibition. Let people put on a suit or walk on the “moon�.

An amazing tour through the history of American space fight, tutorials and experiments for children and adults alike.

It was easy to purchase the tickets. Saved enough money to buy an extra souvenir. Tickets on my phone were easy to scan and it helped bypassed a huge line to buy tickets. So we had more time to enjoy the whole experience.

IT TOOK THE STAFF AT THE SPACE STATION A FEW MINUTES TO FIGURE OUT OUR TICKETS FROM RUSH49. THE SPACE STATION WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTING. IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. SO WAS MISSION CONTROL. THERE WERE SEVERAL FILMS BUT THE SAME IMAGES CAN BE SEEN ONLINE.
