The animals were all clean and well kept. The animals all appeared happy. The employees were very polite and helpful. Even the visitors were well mannered and conscientious of the animals well being. I will definitely be back.

It was a nice family day. The place is small. Recently I read some information and I am not sure if i would go back.

Fun Experience with my Godson and son, ages 6 and 10. Children enjoyed it. Local area not badly priced. Children get to feed the animals which ads to the experience. We sat with the Parakeets and fed them, which was fun. Small and animals seemed too clustered together , but overall a nice experience. If you can get a coupon even better!

The kids loved it, interactivity was great, albeit a bit understaffed, had to wait a bit for a team member to help get into a section, there was only 1 person at the cash register which had a huge line and the lady at the cash regster was very uninformative how things work or that even we needed to buy tokens for the feedings , etc... Also had the personality of a fish on display. Otherwise was great.

So impressed with this place. Easy and entertaining. So interactive! It was so much more than we expected. Some of the staff was still in training but of the staff that were clearly on the ball were all awesome - very knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice small aquarium right in the mall. Perfect for kids. They let you touch just about anything there so kids love it. It is small enough so parents are still sane at the end!

My granddaughter had an absolute blast at Seaquest Trumbull. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I found it interesting and enjoyable. She asked to be taken back next week. At Seaquest's admission prices, I had to tell her no. That's why it's 4-stars. I understand that a place like that must have enormous operating costs, but an old Grandpa on Social Security just can't afford a $17.00 admission fee.

It was not crowded, workers all over at first, could not visit or pet any exotic animals that were kept in tiny cages, I dread where they go at night. Staff was not around, one limited us to 2 minutes to feed the birds and we had to wait before the other shift they had at least 10 minutes and much more food to feed the birds. That was bad. The wallaby looked ill, could not see the sloth, we were told no one could go in the cages, because they had not acclimated to the place! REALLY???? People would go in and out of the crated area without staff around. God only knows what these poor animals are being fed, or getting sick. It was bad, and when you complained to someone, they just give you free food tokens. The place was dirty, animals looking miserable and it was sad to see. They should not be in business, from the outside it looks larger, but I can't imagine their lives after lights out. Never going back!
