Seahawks fans know how to support their team so it should come as no surprise that when it comes to raising money for A Better Seattle, they are ready for the occasion. Seahawks 12K Run at The Landing is back for its ninth year and promises to be bigger, faster, stronger and louder than ever. With several different runs to participate in, open to any level runner, you are sure to find the event for you. The 12K offers the unique opportunity to run around the Seahawks training facility, while the 5K tours The Landing and surrounding Renton neighborhoods. For the kids there will be a Half Mile run contained entirely within The Landing. Get your tickets now for this fun event and spend your day with Blitz, the Sea Gals, Blue Thunder, Seahawks players and more.

Participants running or walking with either a stroller or a leashed dog will be required to queue up toward the rear of the field to prevent potential incidents and minimize congestion near the crowded start line
This deal is non-refundable
In an effort to minimize our impact on residences and businesses along Lake Washington Boulevard, all participants are required to maintain a 15 minute mile or faster for the 12K Run
Participants are required to maintain at least a 20 minute per mile pace for the 5K in an effort minimize the event’s impact on the surrounding community due to required street closure

The event is back and promises to be bigger, faster, stronger and LOUDER! The 2018 Seahawks 12K Run at The Landing will start and finish at The Landing in Renton, run along the Southeast shore of Lake Washington and offer participants a unique opportunity to run around the Seahawks training facility, the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

The event will also feature the GLOW 5K Run/Walk that will tour The Landing and surrounding Renton neighborhoods, as well as a Half-Mile Kids Run that will be completely contained within The Landing.
