The 2017 Scream Zone takes all your worst nightmares and roughly stitches them together into one big fear fest. San Diego County's largest haunted experience, this annual event is considered among the goriest, scariest and screaming-est attractions to be found in the dark corners of Southern California. Those who dare to enter will find three terrifying haunts, including the horrifying House of Horror, the dizzying KarnEvil and the Haunted Hayride, each casting their own evil spells on the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Parents and guardians are welcome to enter the Scream Zone compound to wait for their young thrill-seekers; there are great food vendors, photo opportunities and a Spirit Lounge bar.
