Fun time for young kids. Rides have relatively short waits, admission includes all attractions other than arcade games (not sure about water park, it isn't open yet). This is our second visit and I'm sure we will go back.

I have been taking my kids here once a year for the past 3 years for my son's birthday. He is on the Autism Spectrum and finds some amusement places overwhelming. However he truly enjoys Santa village without any issues. For a family of four the discounted tickets are very helpful and saves me $15.00, which we spend on lunch at Wendy's directly across the street and then return to the park with free reentry. Plus parking is free

Two problems: false/confusing advertising and unreasonable cooler policy. We have been taking our grandkids to Santas Village in Dundee for several years running and for the most part have always been satisfied. This year we noted two changes: 1) Previously coolers and home-packed lunches were allowed as a family/budget friendly alternative to paying exorbitant prices for on-site concessions. This year coolers are limited in size and charged $5 apiece- as a penalty for not buying their food - which by the way is not very “healthy�. I found this insulting on principle and UNfamily-friendly. 2) The website described a new water attraction as though it was currently available; which was part of our motivation to go this park on a hot summer Saturday. We even wore and/or brought our swimming suits in anticipation of some wet fun. However when we got into the park we soon learned that the water attraction was not only unavailable, but it’s construction looked like it was barely started. Not even close to being finished for this season. Needless to say we were disappointed in being misled by the website description and also physically uncomfortable - for those of us who had dressed for water works underneath regular clothes. Not worth complaining for a refund, but definitely was a downer to feel hoodwinked in that way. Had we known the facts we may have decided upon a water park that day instead. The responsible thing would be to clarify the water attraction was coming but NOT YET READY.

Awesome place to take your kids! Good people, great rides and the petting zoo is amazing! The size of the park is great! Not too big not to small. It’s the perfect for children and for parents who don’t want to spend half the day just walking to the rides and events! Plus SANTA CLAUS is there everyday!

Bought 5 vouchers, only 4 came across on the link provided. My vouchers clearly says 5 but only had access to 4. SV honored the 5th but I felt bad for the poor girl trying to check us in. There was a long line and people were really mad she kept trying to find the 5th bar code. After I left I saw the 5th voucher as a PDF attached to my email but it was too late. Other then that loved the savings and relatively easy access for the ones that did show up.

Loved the Ultimate experience at Santa's Village! Totally worth the upgrade! Especially when taking into account a cheeseburger is $9!!!! The package paid for itself!

I purchased the sip-n-play, you get free refills and a free cup with that and unlimited rides and one free game copoun. It was a great place and the prices on the website are great prices, you. Can't beat it and the sip-n- play package is a good choice!
