Yoga/crossfit boot camp will take your fitness to another level with 65 minutes of a powerful workout split into 15 minutes of yoga stretches followed by 30 minutes of crossfit intense workout routine and ending with 20 minutes of yoga. Each session will deliver a full body workout that will leave you feeling relieved and reinvigorated.

Classes start september 1st.
Tues and Thurs from 6pm-705pm
Saturdays from 1030-1135am
