The Salomon Trail Running Festival at Pineland Farms is a two-day extravaganza of trail races, beer drinking, barbecue, old timey music, and family fun events. Held annually on Memorial Day weekend, the current even includes seven races with distances from 5K - 50 miles that draw well over 2,000 participants from across the U.S. and Canada.The event was founded by race directors Erik Boucher and Ian Parlin in 2006, and has since become the most popular way to celebrate the start of summer.
