You've run a 5K course before but nothing like this! The Rock-N-Glow 5K is the perfect way to spend an evening, as you navigate a course with glow-in-the-dark gear and bursts of dance music along the way! For $29, you'll receive admission to the most lively event in San Bernardino--that's a $60 value--and have access to an after-party you don't want to miss! Simply purchase admission, register on the Rock-N-Glow website, and you'll be set for a 5K to remember (but in all the good ways!).

The event begins with a 4pm pre-race celebration, complete with music, freebies and local vendors. Come 6pm, you better be ready--this is what you've been waiting for! The race begins with thousands of participants decked out in glow gear, running, walking, or even dancing their way to the finish line. But if you think the event ends at the finish line--you're wrong! The party is only getting started and you're invited to one of the best Rock-N-Glow 5k parties ever assembled, with live music and entertainment, a beer garden, great food, and more--all for you and your glow-in-the-dark pals. Bring the kids, too--this event aims to keep the whole family fit while having a great time.

Rock-N-Glow is a fun run/walk with a combination of glow-in-the-dark participants and a unique concept to Chase The Music through the course. Lights, Music and ACTION!  Get your camera's ready. Come light the night for a great cause.  Add your own creative glow by dressing up in costumes that rock and glow!

Come for the run but stay for the party! Participants will enjoy one of the best Rock-N-Glow  parties ever assembled with thousands of glowing runners and walkers dancing the night away. Local DJs will keep the party going into the late-night hours with Glow Splashes, prizes, vendors, food and drink specials (for purchase), and of course lots of neon and glow-in-the-dark lighting effects all while you rock the night away!
