Pixmonix prides in processing customers' materials by hand to ensure safe and secure digitization and high quality results. Work is done in the United States, materials are not shipped overseas, to improve turnaround time and keep customers' materials safe. Original materials are returned to the customer along with the digital images loaded to disc (at no additional cost). All scanned images are saved on Pixmonix servers for additional backup. Though their processing facility is in Los Angeles, they offer services to anywhere in the US.

Pixmonix was established in 2004 and since then has cultivated a loyal following around the world.
