Pilates uses steady, measured movements that coordinate breathing and balance to give you a toned model like figure. Movements Afoot has top-of-the-line equipment, including the Reformer and the Tower, special machines that add resistance to your workout, helping you lengthen muscles, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility.
