Located at 212 S. Beverly Dr. in the heart of Beverly Hills adjacent to Rodeo Drive shopping mecca, PICI is a new, classic Italian-style enoteca complemented by modern interpretations from celebrity chef and owner, Jason Harley, as well as New York-inspired design. About Chef Jason Harley
Jason Harley boasts over 20 years of culinary experience - from cooking under culinary luminaries to opening his own restaurants and serving as personal chef to a number of high-profile celebrities. His signature healthy, yet satisfying, cooking style takes center stage at his newest concept, PICI Enoteca in Beverly Hills, where he combines family recipes with his penchant for creating innovative takes on classic Italian cuisine. Harley - a Brooklyn native - began cooking at an early age, assisting his grandmother Tilly in creating her celebrated cheesecake. It was this foundational experience that inspired Harley's own signature cheesecake recipe years later, a low-carb version that soon became one of the most popular desserts for the groundbreaking Zone diet. Harley's culinary resume spans the globe and its cuisines.
