The Original Long Beach Lobster Festival - Long Beach

Held at picturesque Rainbow Lagoon, the Original Long Beach Lobster Festival returns for its 21st year! It's a jam-packed day of live entertainment, fun activities and, of course, delicious lobster. All the lobster is flown in nightly from Maine, and will be available, once inside the festival, for additional purchase. In addition to lobster steamed in the world's largest cooker, lobster rolls, sliders and even lobster-on-a-stick, there'll be a food court serving up all kinds of tasty eats, plus beer, wine and specialty drinks (like the "Screaming Lobster"), arts-and-crafts booths, a live sports tent, a karaoke lounge on Saturday night, dancing and live music, including Flash Pants ('80s hits) on Friday, Decades Dance Band ('70s + '80s hits) on Saturday and REMJ (Michael Jackson Tribute Tour Show), Alec Benjamin (Eminem meets Paul Simon) and Liquid Blue ("America's Best Dance Band") on Sunday. And there's plenty for the kids to do, too: an animal variety show, petting zoo, face painting, games, inflatable bounces and more.
