Play the part of a wandering minstrel, a lady of the court or a brave knight when you step back in time to the Elizabethan era during the opening day of the Nottingham Festival. This event, which was ranked the best new renaissance faire in the U.S. in 2014, brings to life the sights, sounds and history of a village during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I. Explore the merchants, crafty artisans, sumptuous food vendors and ale stands while enjoying period entertainment on five stages. As you walk the grounds, you'll also encounter street performers and over 1,200 costumed participants and performers, including Queen Elizabeth herself. Guests of all ages will thrill to step inside history as Civic Center Park in Simi Valley transforms for the fifth anniversary of the Nottingham Festival. Your ticket includes a pass to the opening day of Tumbleweed, a historical 19th-century American western festival, on November 18.
