Through a new fundraising platform, participants can fundraise for the event and the charity of their choice or for one of the North Face's three national non-profit partners - Kamo Kids, Leave No Trace and the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
There are seven race distances spread across five U.S. locations, so everybody can find an endurance race with which they're comfortable.

The North Face Endurance Challenge is the premier trail running race series. Now in its seventh year, The North Face Endurance Challenge offers a unique running experience that allows people to push and exceed their personal limits on the trail. The race follows a two-day format, featuring distance for all types of runners: 50-Mile, 50K, Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K distances. Participants can also run for a cause or team up with friends, family or colleagues for a Marathon Relay.This 5K version of the Endurance Challenge Wisconsin course is ideal for elite speedsters as well as those taking their first strides into the world of ultra trail running. A large portion of the course takes place on the renowned Ice Age Trail located approximately 60 miles southeast of Madison in the southern edges of the beautiful Kettle Moraine State Park.
