Parking options on the Balboa Peninsula include the public parking lot next to the Balboa Pier and the parking structure next to Newport Landing. The public lot next to the Balboa pier is your best choice. There are also metered parking spaces around the pier public lot and these spots are free after 6:00pm
Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather
