• Tickets are sold in 10-minute increments starting at 11:00am and ending at 4:00pm
• Groups will be no larger than 25 people
• Attendees will be provided with a mask and hand sanitizer at the event venue for use
• Bring additional PPE for personal comfort (your own mask, gloves, etc)
• Check yourself for symptoms/take temperature before arriving
• Attendees are encouraged to wear their face masks at all times except while sampling seltzers
• Attendees must be 21+
• This is a golf-less event. No golf will be played on the 9-holes during this event
• Each hard seltzer brand will serve 2-ounce samples of a variety of flavors. (participating brands is subject to change at any time)
• Seltzerland is a rain or shine event
• We suggest you arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot and wait in your car until you are notified by Seltzerland to approach the check-in area
• The event will take about 2.5 hours. All attendees should wear comfortable shoes and prepare for a 2-3-mile walk through the course
• One-way sampling route must be followed in a structured timing format (no backtracking)
• Single-use disposable cups, plates, and utensils will be provided for sampling
• There will be food trucks with food for purchase
• Water will be complimentary and stationed throughout the course
• Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas at specific stadiums, courses and venues
• Parking is $10 per vehicle

• If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, all customers will receive an automatic refund of all ticket costs and fees. Please note, tickets are only refundable if the event is cancelled. If the event is postponed, all current tickets will be honored for the future event
• Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law
• Seltzerland has a no re-entry policy

• Limit one ticket per time slot. At the end of your 2.5-hour time slot, attendees must depart the venue to make space available for ticket holders in other time slots
• Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas at specific stadiums, courses and venues
• No outside food or beverages are permitted. You must dispose of it prior to entrance
• Absolutely no product can be removed from the festival site, nor is it available for purchase
• Any guest who is intoxicated or disruptive before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated during the event or causing a disturbance, as determined by event security or staff, will be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to further consequences
• All bags, purses and containers will be searched prior to entry
