With over 30 obstacles over a 5K course, you'll be running, sliding, climbing and having the most fun you can on a summer's day. The Mud Titan Run is unlike the rest - it's designed to kick your butt, but at the same time created to show you just how far you can get with a little teamwork. It includes fun challenges such as the Egg Wave, where you can win prizes by holding an intact raw egg from start to finish. If you want to skip an obstacle, you certainly can - however, you'll have to do burpees instead. After you've battled your way to the finish line, there'll even be vendors selling tasty food and refreshments to help you recover from the 5K of a lifetime.
