Mud pits - cargo nets - climbing walls - oh my! It's the Mud Dog Run 5K and there's plenty of fun, and plenty of mud, to go around. Over 18 obstacles on this 3.1 mile course will have you leaping, ducking, dodging, crawling and climbing all around Frederick, one of Maryland's most beautiful farms. With something for everyone, this high-intensity 5K is family-friendly and offers age-appropriate fun for kids too. Plus, it's for a great cause. Lifetime Wells for Ghana will benefit from the Mud Dog Run proceeds, meaning that every muddy step you take brings clean water one step closer to those who need it most. How's that for doing something good? Get the endorphins flowing and share the love, the water - and the mud.
