If your inner monster has been lounging around the house all year waiting for Halloween to return, this is the perfect way to warm it up before the big night of Trick or Treating. Set across 3.1 miles on the historic San Bernardino County Fairgrounds, the Monster Mash 5k features tunnels, tire hills, climbing walls and plenty more obstacles to motivate you and your whole family of monsters to achieve your highest potential. When you work together, monsters can accomplish anything!

The California Visiting Nurse Association, or VNA California, is a not-for-profit that's been around for over 80 years. Founded in 1931, the VNA is the largest and oldest Southern California provider of in-home nursing and medical services, with renowned programs in rehabilitation, hospice and palliative care. Their yearly Monster Mash 5k is family-friendly fun, with food courts, vendor booths, and a spooky maze. Costumes are encouraged; race timing is available.
