Looking for a post-work evening "hang" out with friends and family? Bored with the monotony of the gym while trying to get fit for the coming summer? Kids driving you up the wall? Metrorock is your home base! Vermont's newest climbing gym, built this past summer in Essex, is an adventurous way for any adrenaline junkie to try a new sport with friends and family in the New Year. For beginners, Metro Rock's experienced staff members will provide a safety tutorial on bouldering and a how-to on the eight auto-belays. Once through the brief tutorial you will be free to climb until your arms give out, or the gym closes, whichever come first. For experienced climbers, you are only a test away from climbing the day away.

Participants over age 14 must pass a belay test before you can get on ropes, either as climber or belayer; additional test required for lead climbing
Belay tests are free, can be done at any time and do not need to be scheduled in advance. Belay tests are not instructional
Must sign waiver (you say this again later so i would omit it)
Must redeem punch card(s) at redemption location. Punchcard accounts are individually exclusive and can not be shared between climbers
Climbers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver
If a parent or legal guardian won't be accompanying a minor (under the age of 18), the minor must bring a printed and signed waiver to participate (available on website)
