Whether you're new to obstacle runs or a seasoned veteran, Man Down is sure to challenge racers of all fitness levels. You get to skip the mud - but still get down and dirty with over 20 extreme obstacles, featuring exercises such as sandbag carries, monkey bars, wall climbs, tunnels, rope climbs, and water hazards. Some obstacles even require teamwork to complete, so no man or woman will be left behind. Once you run, walk, or crawl across the finish line, a post-race party awaits you where you can cool down with an adult beverage (if you're of age), food, music and local vendors. This race is sure to push you to the limit, and give you the ultimate Monday morning story to tell your friends and coworkers.

Man Down is an extreme obstacle race where teams navigate 3-5 mile courses that challenge athletes of all fitness levels, incorporating a wide range of functional fitness stages through rugged natural terrain and 20+ man-made obstacles. Squeezing 20+ obstacles into a 3-5 mile course means there's an obstacle roughly every 260-440 yards.
