This 5K will be an unforgettable girls day out, whether you're running for fun, running for your health, or running to fight cancer with mud! Start with a red carpet catwalk, where you and your girlfriends can strut your stuff pre-mud. After a professional warm-up, it's off to the obstacle course to run, jump, shimmy, laugh and dance your way through challenges such as the Mud Bath, Mani-Pedi Wall Climb, Bad Hair Day rope course and The Exfoliator. Catch your breath, rehydrate and get your groove on to live music in three on-course Party Oases. Once you and your mud-soaked friends cross the finish line, the party continues - enjoy live bands, snacks, drinks and a Fitness Farmers Market with local vendors and LoziLu products.

What's LoziLu? It's 3 miles of trails with super fabulous obstacles to jazz up the course and enhance the fun! From slip 'n slides and balancing features to challenging wall climbs and a bit of mud, there is never a dull moment on the course. No obstacle is mandatory, but we design them to jive with a variety of fitness levels. After you've had your fun out on the course, clean up and get to the after-party!

LoziLu benefits L.I.F.E., an amazing non-profit dedicated to providing financial assistance to young patients with leukemia & lymphoma to help pay medical bills not covered by insurance.
