Shiatsu massage, also known as Zen Shiatsu, is a conventional applied physiotherapy derived from Japanese massage traditions. According to Shiatsu massage techniques, the energy Gi or Chi flows in the body along various channels called meridians. During Shiatsu massage, the chi-flow is diagnosed to check whether it is jammed or loosely flowing.

Reflexology is an alternative medicine practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques on the notion that certain areas of the ears, hands and feet are connected by nerves to other parts of the body. Cinema Wellness is a whole body boutique. A small day spa that offers aesthetic skin care Facials. Founder Anna is a licensed Aesthetic Medical Therapist, Massage Therapist and Nutritionist. She has worked at such upscale places like W Hotel (Bliss Spa) and The Fairmont Hotel Spa. The spa specializes in adult and teen acne, hyper pigmentation, and other skin problems. It also specializes in laser hair removal - and organic hair removal.

To complement the spa with massage therapy, certified licensed massage therapists have been hand picked with only 1 out of 10 hired and made sure that they treat clients like stars! Most of their massage therapists are also certified physical therapists.
