Coach Heather Binns, CPT with Full of Life Fitness will guide you down the 5K training path! With a 6-week program you'll receive a weekly training curriculum including training days/mileage, various stretching techniques, corrective/strength/resistance training, speed training, nutrition guidance, coaching advice, motivation and more! No running experience necessary; all levels are welcome.

Join the Full of Life Fitness team as they support and train for the Save the Orangutans 5K Run For Survival. Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation and protection of orangutans and their rainforest habitat. Race entry is not included in this deal and is only $25, which you may register during the training program. If you are looking for a great deal for both the training program and race entry, checkout our other deal here. On race day you'll run along a smooth course beginning at Woodley Park field and circling the shining Lake Balboa of Encino, CA. Then enjoy the post-race celebration with awards, music, a raffle, prizes, speeches, food, costumes, drinks, photos and fun!

Heather has been an athlete for years and wants to educate you and help you find the fit lifestyle you can enjoy the most! Not only is Heather an athlete, but she is also a Personal Trainer and certified though through NASM, EFTI, APEX, AHA and more.
