Live Free Crossfit provides boot camp, open gym time, and crossfit training classes every day of the week. The CrossFit training philosophy centers on high intensity, stamina-building bursts of activity that are natural to the human body: throwing, jumping, kicking, climbing, biking, swimming, running, rowing, etc. Plus, you'll learn some new tricks - everything from the old standards like sit-ups and pushups, to pirouettes, flips, and presses into handstands. At the end of the day you'll feel a load lifted off - any baggage or doldrums you walked in there with will be sweated out and washed away. At the end of the week, you'll already feel like a brand new person.
