Kiss Me Dirty isn't specifically about fitness or motivation, it's about attitude. Their various events are designed to get women out of the house and enjoying the fruits of life. The events don't ask you to be a superior athlete, they just ask you to leave your comfort zone and enjoy an experience that will resonate within you for some time. The mud runs are messy, sometimes naughty, and will most definitely break down some of the walls and barriers you may have up. You can let your hair down, not worry about putting on makeup, and get dirty!
