The Carson Houses' origins began all the way back in 1959, with the opening of the legendary Beverly Hills restaurant Andre's. A Beverly Hills landmark, Andre's operated for 40 years creating quite a legacy among locals, celebrities and patrons looking for the most authentic Italian food in Los Angeles. After closing in 2009, a few different restaurants came and went before Carson House recreated "Andre's" legacy with a warm atmosphere and top-notch food. Thanks to world renowned chef Johnny Messina, owners Scott Paletz and Steve Fowler, both of whom used to eat at Andre's as kids, have kept the tradition alive with the fabulous Carson House.
