Celebrate fitness with the First National Standardized Triathlon Series...Indoors! Indoor Triathlon USA uses cutting edge technology and "Virtually Identical" courses to create the best indoor triathlon experience possible! You'll swim for 10 minutes - followed by a 5 minute break - before jumping on your bike and pedaling for 30 minutes straight. You'll get another 5 minutes to catch your breath before taking off on the 15 minute run.. How far do you think you can go? You have what it takes! Challenge yourself, and go home boasting a finisher's medal, and maybe even an award!

Most indoor triathlons happen on stationary machines: spin bikes, Life Cycles, etc. But this doesn't account for the variables of a racer's weight and wheel resistance - so how does anyone know who's really in the lead? That's why Indoor Triathlon USA uses the Elite Qubo Digital Trainers. The bike rests directly on the roller, as it would on the road, and automatically calibrates to the weight of the rider plus bike. The i55 distance; the official distance for Indoor Triathlon USA, describes the sum length of time the athlete spends at all disciplines. The "i" stands for "indoor: 10 minutes swim, 30 minutes bike, and 15 minutes run" - adding up to a 55 minute event!
