Is it a show or something you walk through like aquarium
It's a walk through like aquarium.
I have vouchers for free admission. Do I need to make advanced reservations? How many tkts are allowed for each voucher?
If your vouchers are from Rush49, then no need to make a reservation. Just present your ticket to a Guest Ambassador in the ticket lobby on a print out or a mobile device.
Are children under 3 free?
Children under the age of 3 are not required to have a ticket.
How much time should we plan on in the experience?
We estimate your safari experience will last approximately 45-60 minutes. We encourage you to continue your safari with our indoor/outdoor cafe where we will be serving local favorites along with authentic African cuisine. The café also offers a full bar, including African beer & wine. You can complete your safari experience with the Illuminarium Shop, where in addition to souvenirs from the experience, we also have artisanal objects we have sourced directly from Africa.
What date does this run through?

Do you wear special glasses / googles to experience the safari?
There is no wearable hardware of any kind required to enjoy Illuminarium. Our cutting-edge technology will be all you need to be fully-immersed in the experience.
Are there places to sit down?
You can move around the experience at your leisure and have free range throughout. There is limited seating to enjoy the safari from a different perspective if desired. The experience takes place in a space of approximately 10,000 square feet – from end to end it is approximately 220 feet.
Is the illuminarium show closed due to the covid-19 pandemic?
