Hypnotherapy is a gentle, permissive treatment that reconnects patients with their unconscious selves, healing internal schisms and conflicts through a deep state of guided relaxation. Rochelle Cook, the lead hypnotherapist at Transformational Hypnosis, loves doing hypnotherapy over telephone or Skype and the results so far have been so wonderfully effective and positive.

Whether you are in a different city or country you can still enjoy all of the benefits of hypnotherapy. All that is required is a very quiet space, it is important that you will not be interrupted. You can use a speakerphone, headset or Skype. If possible a Skype session with a camera accessory is helpful but not required. During the session a hypnotherapist will discuss the changes you would like to make, including goals and desires as well as your perceived limitations. The hypnotic state is then introduced and selected suggestions are made. Upon completion of your session you will be guided out of the hypnotic state.

Rochelle Cook, lead hypnotherapist at Transformational Hypnosis, combines the practice of Hypnosis with Spiritual Psychology. She specializes in abandonment and depression issues. Along with a licensed professional, Rochelle works with those who suffer from suicidal ideation. She has extensive training in the following areas, Gestalt Therapy, Reality Therapy, Carl Rogers, Piero Ferrucci/ Imagery, Dream Tending, Inner Child Work and Guided Spiritual Journey's, Choice Theory, William Glasser and Fertility.

Rochelle believes that we all have the answers deep within our authentic selves. Uncovering underlying issues allows one to heal and move forward with living. Combining the practice of Spiritual Psychology and Hypnosis produces magical results. The subconscious mind is instructed to see the reality of the situation from the authentic self-perspective, which allows misunderstandings and judgments to finally be forgiven for the very last time.
