AYS services 20 mile radius from 92121 zip code (Downtown SD) with surrounding cities like Lake side,Spring Valley, La Presa, Lemon Grove, National city, El Cajon,Bonita, Imperial beach, Rancho San Diego,Coronado And also areas as south as Chula Vista, as north as Carlsbad, as west as Coronado and as east as Escondido. There is a $10 travelers fee for homes farther than 20 miles from 92121 zip code valid up to an extra 10 miles distance.

Fine Print

Limit 1 per customer. May buy additional as a gift. In the event that the client would like to reschedule an appointment, it must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment. All changes to scheduling must be submitted via email to ayshousekeeping@gmail.com. There will be a $10 fee for rescheduling. Homes over 2,800 sq feet are subjected to $15 sq footage fee. In the event that the client does not notify AYS of a reschedule or cancelation of their voucher, there will be a $25 fee. Voucher cannot be used for any other services offered through AYS such as carpet cleaning, move in/out cleaning, or commercial services. Promotional value expires Mar 31, 2013.
