In addition to Pilates and JumpBarre®, Hermosa Pilates offers Suspension Training and CrossCore Training. Each instructor puts their own special touch on the classes, sometimes incorporating elements of Yoga, NASM strength training and a variety of cardio techniques within their repertoire.
