Become a member of the Hardcore Army - a band of brothers and sisters who, over the course of up to 10 miles and up to 25 obstacles, have overcome their own limitations, stood by one another's side, and conquered their fears to truly earn themselves the title "Hardcore". The Hardcore Mudd Run will make other mud runs look like puddle stomping: this race was designed by firefighters, who know a little something about teamwork, spirit, mental strength and physical stamina. The Hardcore Mudd Run is neither a race nor a competition (except with yourself), but you will be called to greatness as you push past your own personal limitations, and come out a better, stronger, muddier version of you!

The Hardcore Mudd Run was started back in 2011 by Gideon Schwartz and Rich Olsen - two firefighters! That's why HMR promotes physical fitness, camaraderie, mental stamina, social interaction, skill building, and most of all, being hardcore! Mud run events have become popular across the US and around the world, but you'll never find another one like the HMR. Persons of any fitness level can partake in the HMR - the race is only against yourself. Proceeds from all HMR events go to benefit The Children's Miracle Network, "Helping to Make Miracles Happen Every Day."
