Greenleaf Yoga classes focuses on maximizing your Yoga practice to get as many benefits and progress as possible within the alignment of your body (ages 16 and up). The studio owner has practiced yoga since childhood, and passes on his experience to all students in his Vinyasa and restorative yoga classes. They encourage you to listen to your body and explore your yoga practice. We come to Yoga with one of two things: strength or flexibility. With a regular Yoga Practice, you will gain in the area that you need by balancing out strength, flexibility, and over all body awareness.
