GospelFit: A 5K Praise Party is a unique race that celebrates healthiness, happiness and community among the faithful. Come join us for a day of praise and worship while celebrating the gifts that are our beautiful and healthy bodies! In addition to a fun 5K race/walk, a 5K Praise Party will provide gospel music, praise dance, and spoken word all in combination with a health fair. The health fair will cover nutrition, health tips, and it will also show you the benefits of running, including relieving stress, eliminating depression, losing weight and much more! So come out, make a joyful noise with those of like mind, and move your body as an expression of worship!
