For 4 miles at the Gloucester County Fairgrounds, Goliathon reigns. Over 25 obstacles lie ahead, and you get to decide which level of each tiered obstacle you want to tackle: G1, G2 or the brutal G3. The higher level obstacles, when completed successfully, earn your team more points and a whole lot of bragging rights. But don't get too hung up on the competition: this event is really focused on the bigger picture. Your participation raises money to help charity: water and could make a life or death difference to someone in a developing country. So when you're washing the mud off at the end of the race, take a moment to reflect how lucky we are to have clean drinking water, and to have the opportunity to provide it to others.

It's not a race. It's a mission. The purpose for Goliathon is to have fun while raising money to help those in need around the world. It's staffed entirely by volunteers, ensuring that all profits are sent directly to the charity of choice. This November's beneficiary is charity: water. Lack of clean water and insufficient sanitation is one of the biggest problems facing our human family around the globe, with children being especially vulnerable. charity: water and Goliathon work together to bring clean, safe drinking water to those in need. The Goliathon team is made up of friends who enjoy mud runs and healthy competition, and, most importantly, who are called to join together to support our neighbors worldwide.
